Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 2006 Reborn website and game services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information (including a valid email) and not to impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations or abuse.
Rules & Conduct
You agree not to:
  • exploit bugs, duplicate items, or abuse glitches;
  • use bots, macros, or automation unless explicitly allowed;
  • harass, threaten, or discriminate against others;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or staff systems;
  • distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the Services.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, permanent bans, rollbacks, or removal of rewards/points.
Service Availability & Changes
The Services are provided “as is” and may be changed, restarted, reset, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Updates may alter gameplay, economy, and progression.
Virtual Items, Vote Points, and Donation Points
The Services may include virtual items, vote points, and donation points (“Virtual Goods”). Virtual Goods have no real-world value, are not currency, are not transferable for cash, and are provided solely for use within the Services. We may adjust, remove, or reset Virtual Goods for balancing, abuse prevention, or enforcement purposes.
Donations & Payments
Donations are voluntary contributions that help support server costs and development. When you donate, you may receive donation points or other Virtual Goods as a thank-you. Delivery of points may require that you are logged into the correct account and that the payment provider confirms the transaction.
Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraud
We take chargebacks and payment disputes seriously because they create costs and risk to the Services. By donating or purchasing Virtual Goods, you agree to the following:
  • No chargebacks: You will not file a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed donation/purchase without first contacting staff to resolve the issue.
  • Investigation: If a chargeback or dispute is opened, we may temporarily suspend access to the account(s) associated with the transaction while we investigate.
  • Reversal of goods: If donation points or items were delivered and a chargeback/dispute occurs, we may remove the delivered Virtual Goods, reverse related benefits, and/or apply an equivalent negative balance.
  • Account action: Confirmed fraudulent payments or abusive disputes may result in permanent account termination and loss of access to the Services.
  • Evidence: We may provide transaction logs, delivery records, and related metadata to the payment provider as part of dispute resolution.
If you believe there was an error (wrong package, points not credited, etc.), contact staff and we will work with you to resolve it.
Refunds
Because donations provide Virtual Goods and help fund ongoing service costs, refunds are not guaranteed. We may consider refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, especially if points were not delivered. If Virtual Goods were already delivered and used, refunds may be denied or may require reversal/removal of the delivered goods.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, rules, or for abuse, fraud, or security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of progress, items, or Virtual Goods.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
